What is Rise LMS?
Rise LMS Overview
Rise is the online training system for Chatdesk Experts to learn about their company before becoming an Expert. It's also used to keep Chatdesk Experts up to date on company updates regarding workflows, systems, and policies.
Rise allows Chatdesk Training and the Expert Engagement team to see Expert progress. In Rise, we can:
- Chatdesk Expert activity on a course (did they view a lesson multiple times, etc.)
- Length spent on training
- Evaluation scores
- Trends of knowledge gaps from Experts so we can improve training
How does Rise differ from Notion?
- Rise is intended to introduce you to topics for the first time. Think of Rise as the place where you get your foundational knowledge of the company. Rise is also more interactive, including demos and images that guide you through the company from end to end.
- Notion is used after training for daily use. Notion and Rise should always be aligned on content. If you notice discrepancies, flag that to the team lead in Slack so they can notify Chatdesk Training.
How will I use Rise after training?
- You'll be enrolled in Rise after initial Expert Training to learn about company updates, new workflows, and quality improvements.
