What should I have completed before the first day?

Before your first day please make sure you have done the following: 

1. Download the Chatdesk App on your mobile device - Apple, Android. 

2. Download Slack on your phone and on your computer

3. Turn on notifications for Slack. See this video 

4. Turn on Chatdesk Notifications for iPhone

5. Experts must sign a confidentiality agreement once you go live.
