Many dedicated Experts are passionate followers of the brands we work with or they are industry experts.
Dedicated Experts work with a company in a larger capacity. They typically have an increased amount of responsibility including direct contact with the company and attending meetings, responding to complex ticket types and following specific protocols and training new on-demand Experts. Our dedicated Experts often work within the company’s CRM.
