What is the difference between On Demand and Dedicated Experts?

On Demand Experts are paid per message. As an On Demand Expert, you can work on your own schedule. All work is done on the Chatdesk Teams platform.

Dedicated Experts are paid hourly at agreed upon times. Dedicated Experts work on both the Chatdesk platform and with various CRMs.
